How do I check the order of my status?
Just log into your account to view your order history and you'll see the current status of your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes as long as your item has not shipped. Please contact Bella Jewel for any cancellations or modifications to your order.
Do you offer any payment plans?
Yes! Bella Jewel Boutique now offers SEZZLE! Sezzle is a payment platform that splits your order into 4 equal payments, over 6 weeks and there is no interest! The best part of Sezzle is that you get your "Jewels" NOW! How awesome!!

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100
Can I pick up my items?
Yes! We offer local order pick-up at our boutique in Chester, MD. Just choose “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange my items?
Yes......You have 7 days from the date of receiving your items to contact us to exchange an item of equal value. If you choose to exchange for an item of greater value, you simply pay the price difference. All items must be unworn with tags on them and are stain and smoke free. Customer pays for the shipping cost of the returned items. Bella Jewel Boutique will pay for the shipping cost to ship the new items.
Do you offer returns?
Yes......You have 7 days from the date of receiving your items to contact us for a refund. We will refund you in the same manner you paid once we receive the item(s) back. All items must be unworn with tags on them and are stain and smoke free.

What if my order comes damaged?
If your order comes damaged, please contact Bella Jewel Boutique within 3 days of receiving your order and we will happily take care of any damages you have with your order.

We are an online boutique. However, you can shop by appointment with us. We also host Ladies Sip and Shop Happy Hours! Contact us when you want to shop Bella Jewel Boutique in person! We are located in Chester, MD.

Crista is also the proud wife to Greg, who plays a big role behind the scenes to help keep Bella Jewel running smoothly. Most of all, she loves being “Mom-Mom” to her grandkids, Jace and Delainey, and cherishes every moment she gets with them.
