How do I check the order of my status?

Just log into your account to view your order history and you'll see the current status of your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes as long as your item has not shipped. Please contact Bella Jewel for any cancellations or modifications to your order. 

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes! Bella Jewel Boutique now offers SEZZLE! Sezzle is a payment platform that splits your order into 4 equal payments, over 6 weeks and there is no interest! The best part of Sezzle is that you get your "Jewels" NOW! How awesome!!

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 

Can I pick up my items?

Yes! We offer local order pick-up at our boutique in Chester, MD. Just choose “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I exchange my items?

Yes......You have 14 days from the date of receiving your items to contact us to exchange an item of equal value. If you choose to exchange for an item of greater value, you simply pay the price difference. All items must be unworn with tags on them and are stain and smoke free. Customer pays for the shipping cost of the returned items. Bella Jewel Boutique will pay for the shipping cost to ship the new items.

Do you offer returns?

Yes! We accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for store credit, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, odors, smoke, pet hair, or any signs of wear.Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

Please note: Sale items, jewelry, accessories, gift cards, holiday items, and any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

What if my order comes damaged?

If your order comes damaged, please contact Bella Jewel Boutique within 3 days of receiving your order and we will happily take care of any damages you have with your order.
