You have 7 days from the date of receiving your items to contact us to exchange for an item of equal value or to receive a refund. If you choose to exchange for an item of greater value, you are responsible for paying the price difference. In order to be accepted for exchange, all items must be unworn and in new condition with the tags still attached, free of stains and come from a smoke free environment. Customer pays for the shipping cost of the returned items. Bella Jewel Boutique will pay for the shipping cost to ship the new items.
If you prefer a refund, we will refund you in the same manner you paid once we receive the item(s) back and have tags on them and are stain and smoke free.
